THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
Interns are required to cover the cost of air and ground transportation to the Long Beach Convention Center. STN will provide meals and hotel accommodations for you. STN can provide a travel agent who can assist you if needed.
You must be available March 14-17, 2024 for the convention, but will be needed for setting up and loading out before and after the event.
At convention, you are a representative of our organization, therefore, remember that this is a business trip and your actions reflect on the Student Television Network.
You will be placed in a position within a team and are expected to complete the job you are given to the best of your ability.
Although you are being asked your preferences, your assignment may not 100% reflect your choices on this application. This will primarily be used as a reference to best place you where we need you.
You will be required to attend virtual planning meetings and be in consistent communication with staff and team leads.
If at any time you do not meet the guidelines above, you may be asked not to attend the convention and STN will not reimburse for travel costs.
